Medically speaking, 60-79 is considered old. 80 or older is called old-old.

Medical treatment of the elderly (geriatrics) starts from the age of 65 years old. I'd say Old Age begins then.

A person under 25 considers 32 old. [never trust anyone over 32 was the saying.]
Middle age by the federal (social security) actuary tables is between 36.5 and 40.8
Many who do not really give it any thoughtful consideration will say over 69.
