No. Cats are a domesticated animal and need to stay inside to be safe.
Any animal that is not on its owner's property is legally considered a stray. This means its legal for people to put poison cat food out to purposefully hurt the strays that eat it, not to mention all of the natural predators like other animals and toxic plants.

yes, although he does have a curfew at night

Yes. It cuts down on the damage done by the scratching the cat uses to signal a desire to change location from inside to outside or vice versa.

My cat is strictly an indoor cat

absolutely NOT. Danger from raccoons, dogs (killed two cats July 3). evil humans (local employee throws rocks at all wildlife and steals cat food), cars (I have leaned of at least two cats locally that were hit by a car), diseases, parasites.

I do but its because I have a window that stays open (big enough for the cats to go in and out but not big enough for a person to climb through).
Maybe try a cat flap

One of them. She likes being outside. The other thinks outside is dirty.

yep, dont have a cat flap as other cats keep getting in and aren't very nice to her but we let her in and out when we see her by the door. It's obviously very different if you live near a main road that the cat could very easily get killed on though

Yeah I love cats don't listen to the NO comments do you want cats to die? It is cold outside and possibly get sick and rekted and die make it a indoor cat to keep it healthy and safe.
